Return & Refund Policy

Below are the terms for orders, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds. Order Cancellations ● Customer can cancel the order before we process the invoice for the products. Once the invoice is issued, cancellations cannot be accepted. ● If the customer changes his/her mind about any order placed by him/her, he /she can cancel it by contacting us on the toll-free number/ email or any mode of communication as made available by the Company with the unique tracking identity number provided upon order confirmation. ● Upon receiving your cancellation request before processing the invoice, we'll cancel the order and initiate a refund within 7 business days. The refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase. The customer further accepts that no cash refunds shall be entertained by the Company. Order Returns ● Customers can request a return if the product is damaged, defective, or differs from the order placed and a duplicate order is placed within 7 days of receiving it. ● To initiate a return, keep the product unused and in its original packaging and provide the necessary details on the Company’s website’s exchange & return section. ● The Customer is required to produce the original invoice for the products to enable the return process and/or initiate refunds, as the case may be. ● We'll verify the return request and may request images or a visit to assess the product's condition. Based on the assessment, we'll accept or reject the return. ● The return will be processed if the product meets specified conditions, including being unused and in its original packaging. ● We won't accept returns for certain products, or if the return request is made after the specified period. The decision of the company to accept or reject the return of the product shall be final and binding on the customer. Order Exchange ● Customers can initiate an exchange for an item purchased from us within 7 days from the date of delivery. To start the exchange process, contact the Company with details of the item you want to exchange and the reason for the exchange. ● Items eligible for exchange include those that are unused, in their original packaging. Products must have all original tags, labels, and accessories intact. ● You can exchange the item for your preferred size, colour, or a different product of equal or lesser value. Exchange requests for higher-priced items may require payment of the price difference. ● Upon receiving the returned item and after verifying its condition, we'll process the exchange. ● The exchanged item will be shipped back to you within 7 to 10 business days. Disclaimer: Certain items may not be eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for such items. Order Refunds ● Upon initiating a return or cancellation, the customer can request a refund for eligible products. ● Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days upon verification of the product's condition. ● The Company doesn't provide cash refunds; the refund amount will be credited directly to your original payment method. ● The Company reserves the right to reject refund requests that don't meet the quality conditions specified in the policy or that involve illegal or fraudulent activity in the purchase. ● The company shall not be liable for any illegal activity, theft, fraud, or cheating by the logistic partner or any customer complaints for which the Company is not responsible. ******** Customized orders are neither eligible for returns nor exchanges.
