Shipping and Delivery terms ● To ensure Customers orders reach them safely, The Company work with “Third-Party Logistic Partners.” They handle the shipping and delivery process for purchases made by the customers. Generally, it takes about 2-7 business days from the date of confirmation of your order for to dispatch the purchased items. We'll provide you with details about the logistics partner responsible for delivering your order when it's handed over to them. Additionally, we'll give customers an estimated delivery timeline upon order confirmation, and we'll keep you updated on your order status via email, text message or WhatsApp. ● To ensure timely delivery, we may need specific information from the customers viz. name, address with pin code contact details and delivery preferences. It's important to provide accurate and complete information to avoid any delivery issues and enable the Company to deliver the products on time and to the expectations of the Customers. ● We'll make every effort to deliver Customers' items within the estimated timeframe. If you're unavailable to receive the delivery, our Logistic Partners will make up to three delivery attempts. If they're unsuccessful, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a refund, deducting any delivery charges, cost or any other expenses as may be applicable ● Delays in delivery may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as logistical issues, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances like strikes, natural disasters, riots, etc. While we'll strive to notify customers of any delays, we cannot ensure promptness in communicating the reasons for the delays or for failing to inform you for reasons beyond the control of the Company. ● Once a customer's order is dispatched, The Company provides with a unique tracking number to monitor your delivery status. While the Company aims for accurate tracking information, occasional discrepancies may arise due to reliance on third-party delivery and tracking services. ● The shipping and delivery fees on all orders are “Free,” regardless of the order amount. However, the applicable taxes shall be charged according to the product category as per the applicable law, which will be reflected on the checkout dashboard. ● In the case of customized orders, the shipping charges will be applicable according to the product weight.
