Return & Refund Policy Below are the terms for orders, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds. Order Cancellations You can cancel your order before we process the invoice for the products. Once the invoice is processed, cancellations cannot be made. If you change your mind about an order, you can cancel it by contacting us with the unique tracking identity number provided upon order confirmation. Upon receiving your cancellation request before processing the invoice, we'll cancel the order and initiate a refund within 7 business days. The refund will be proccessed through the same payment method used for the purchase. Order Returns You can request a return if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described within 7 days of receiving it. To initiate a return, keep the product unused and in its original packaging and provide the necessary details on our website’s exchange & return section. We'll verify the return request and may request images or a visit to assess the product's condition. Based on the assessment, we'll accept or reject the return. The return will be processed if the product meets specified conditions, including being unused and in its original packaging. We won't accept returns for certain products, or if the return request is made after the specified period. Order Exchange You can initiate an exchange for an item purchased from us within 7 days from the date of delivery. To start the exchange process, contact us with details of the item you want to exchange and the reason for the exchange. Items eligible for exchange include those that are unused, in their original packaging. Products must have all original tags, labels, and accessories intact. You can exchange the item for your preffered different size, colour, or a different product of equal or lesser value. Exchange requests for higher-priced items may require payment of the price difference. Upon receiving the returned item and after verifying its condition, we'll process the exchange. The exchanged item will be shipped back to you within 7 to 10 business days. Disclaimer: Certain items may not be eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for such items. Order Refunds Upon initiating a return or cancellation, you can request a refund for eligible products. Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days from verification of the product's condition. We don't provide cash refunds, and the refund amount will be credited directly to your original payment method.
